Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 55€ in Italy, 75€ in Europe, 100€ world wide. For lower orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are unused and in the original packaging. To initiate a return request, contact us by email at alen.hair26@gmail.com.
